Who provides the service

getproperty is provided by Collective Group (Thailand) to building rental businesses and building managers ("customers").

Using the service

Customers are responsible for the units, leases and rates they record. The service refuses to issue an invoice that breaks the law and shows the legal reference.

Fees

Fees follow the chosen plan and the number of units in use. While a subscription is unpaid the account is read-only; data can still be viewed and exported.

Ending the service

Customers may cancel at any time and export their data before the account closes.
