Controller and processor

For residents' data the building owner (the customer) is the controller and getproperty processes it on the customer's instructions. For user-account data getproperty is the controller.

Legal basis

Performance of a contract, legal obligations, and the legitimate interest of keeping the service secure. Consent is used only where the law requires it.

Retention

Kept only as long as the purpose and accounting and tax laws require, then deleted or de-identified.
